In this project, I was responsible for managing and overseeing all developments, directly reporting to the real estate managers with Gantt charts and visualization proposals. Additionally, I led the production of renders and graphic management for marketing campaigns. I collaborated with the team on 3D modeling, and created renders, videos, virtual tours, floor plans, and a 360° aerial view of the project.  
I introduced the virtual tour as a new development to provide a preview of the real pilot, a necessity that arose due to the pandemic. Additionally, I defined the development standards and the visualization platform (project developed with Zemage).
